How to evaluate a reflector?
Here are three simple ways to identify reflector quality without machines.
Method 1: Examine the prism pattern on the reflector.
If the honeycomb shape has a very bright, shiny, and clear center, it means that the core of the mold is very reflective, and the reflection will be excellent. On the contrary, if it is fuzzy, looks dull, and has no luster, then this reflection is not very good.

Method 2: Check for water leaks.
Soak the reflector in water, after a few hours, check if the lens is in the fog, if not, then this reflector is not waterproof, the reason may be broken or defective welding at the mold, or workers improper operation and other reasons, once into the water, the water will oxidize the prism, then it will become non-reflective, just a matter of time.
Method 3: Check the reflectivity.
Turn on your cell phone’s flashlight, place the product in the dark, and shine the light on the reflector. You can also take pictures to see the reflective effect, but it is advisable to do it from some distance. A reflector with a brighter color will be more reflective; a dark color will have poorer reflectivity. Therefore, white is the best color for reflection. Below you may see the white reflector is better than the green reflector, and green reflector is better than red reflector.
